Domaine La Sarabande Winemaker's Feast on 30 July

Paul & Isla Gordon, winemakers and owners of Domaine La Sarabande in Languedoc, are coming to share their wonderful wines with us. Isla and Paul come from opposite ends of the world - Isla from Co. Carlow and Paul is from Australia and they met in New Zealand. Their love of wine brought them together and to the Languedoc where they say they\'d be happy to live forever. Read all about the amazing spraying machine that Isla\'s father, Johnny Couchman, hand built for the vineyard here.

In March this year they corked their first bottles of wine - \'the most exciting time of my life,\' say Isla. Isla and Paul will be show-casing their wines and share their experiences with us at a Winemaker\'s Dinner on Friday, 30th July. Ballyvolane House Chef, Teena Mahon, has devised a lip-smacking 4-course menu to compliment the wines perfectly. We hope you can join us.

The wines we will be sampling on the night are:
