Weddings - 2 nights

FEE (Includes exclusive hire of the entire property as well as accommodation in the main house for two nights). You take the house and grounds the night before and on the night of your wedding.

Wedding cost: from €7000

The rental fee includes the following: -

2 nights accommodation in the house (6 bedrooms, sleeps 12) with full Irish breakfast each morning. We have some extra Z-beds and cots if needed.
Max capacity 140 guests. Mininum of 80 guests required for all weekend weddings.
Client meetings to help plan and co-ordinate your entire wedding.
Prepare Ballyvolane House and gardens to your specific requirements.
Small marquee/shelter on the lawn.
Use of dining terrace and adjoining barn which houses the bar and dancing area.
All equipment, tables, chairs, linen, cutlery, crockery, glasses, vases, table lanterns and candles on each table.
PA system and microphone for the speeches inside the dining marquee.
Personalised printed menus and table plan displays.
Dining experience for Bride and Groom prior to the wedding.
Victorian gong.
Umbrellas (if raining).
Table for cake and antique sword for cutting the cake.
A bottle of Bertha’s Revenge Gin in bride and groom’s bedroom.
Additional parking area for guests with car park attendants.
Drinks reception area outside set up with deck chairs, low tables, decorative candles and storm lanterns.
Tennis court, 7-a-side soccer pitch, croquet, badminton and other lawn games. Swimming in the lakes for the bravehearted!
Seasonal flower arrangements in the house and barn (but not on the dining tables in the marquee).
Open fires in the house and barn.
Recommendations for florists, string quartets, live bands, DJs, trad-musicians, Irish dancers, limo/vintage car hire, taxis, minibus hire, wedding cake suppliers, - photographers, videographers, hair styling, beauty and aromatherapy treatments and much more besides.
Public liability insurance.

As each wedding is different, the costs will vary depending on the style and size of the wedding. It is essential that you come and visit Ballyvolane House and see the house and grounds. Once you have inspected the venue and have discussed your requirements with us, we can then provide you with a detailed cost estimate.
